These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your" or "User") and NeuroNurture and are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Indian Contract Act 1872.

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NeuroNurture website (www.neuronurtureglobal.com), mobile application or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
02 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
- Where the services are used in relation to a minor (a child below 18 years of age), the User undertakes that they are the parent, lawful guardian or a duly authorised educational or healthcare professional acting with the necessary consent of the parent or lawful guardian.
- By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement and to provide any information you submit on behalf of a child.
03 Description of Services
NeuroNurture provides a digital developmental-screening platform that includes structured questionnaires, instant colour-coded screening reports, action plans and referral guidance across multiple developmental domains. The platform is designed for use by parents, teachers, paediatricians and other healthcare and educational professionals.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to inform Users of material changes where practicable.
04 Healthcare & Screening Disclaimer
NeuroNurture is a screening tool, not a diagnostic device. The reports, scores and recommendations generated by our platform are intended to identify possible indicators of developmental delay or difficulty and to inform further discussion with qualified professionals. They are not a clinical diagnosis and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, educational or therapeutic advice from a licensed professional.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a child's development, behaviour or medical condition.
- Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of information generated by NeuroNurture.
- In an emergency or where a child is at risk of immediate harm, contact local emergency services without delay.
05 User Responsibilities
- Use the website, app and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights of others.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, completing screenings or submitting enquiries.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- Obtain all necessary parental, guardian, school or institutional consents before using the platform with respect to any child.
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including those relating to data protection, child welfare and medical confidentiality.
06 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, threatening or otherwise objectionable, in violation of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the services, servers or networks connected to NeuroNurture.
- Use any robot, scraper, data-mining tool or similar automated means to access the services without our prior written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform.
- Use the services to develop a competing product or for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
07 Intellectual Property
All content on the NeuroNurture website, app and services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, audio, video, screening questionnaires, scoring algorithms, software and the "NeuroNurture" name and brand — is the exclusive property of Ananya Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trade mark, patent and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the services for your personal or internal professional use, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the services without our prior written consent.
08 Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, store, transfer and protect personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
09 Children's Data
NeuroNurture's services involve the processing of data relating to children. In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, we will obtain verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before processing the personal data of a child, and we will not undertake processing that is likely to cause any detrimental effect on the well-being of a child or carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
10 Third-Party Links & Services
Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services that are not owned or controlled by NeuroNurture. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or operations of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, NeuroNurture disclaims all express, implied or statutory warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security and freedom from error or interruption.
We do not warrant that the services will meet your specific requirements, that any screening result will be free from error, or that the services will be uninterrupted or available at any particular time or place.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NeuroNurture, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the services, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory.
In any event, our total cumulative liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to NeuroNurture in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.
13 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NeuroNurture, Ananya Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to or use of the services; (ii) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy or publicity right; or (iv) any content you submit, post or transmit through the services.
14 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.
15 Force Majeure
NeuroNurture shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of any of its obligations under these Terms due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, epidemic or pandemic, internet or telecommunications failure or any other event of force majeure.
16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 17 below, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services.
17 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms (a "Dispute"), the parties shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice from one party to the other. If the Dispute is not resolved within that period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, and the language of the proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

We will acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, in line with applicable Indian law.
19 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
20 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our business or applicable law. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify Users in advance. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
